Welcome to pulse-pool - Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 27, 2025
Hey there, crypto enthusiasts! Thanks for joining pulse-pool, where you can flex your trading skills in a fun, skill-based virtual crypto pool. We’re a Seychelles-registered company operating under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are our agreement with you to keep things fair, fun, and legal. Don’t worry—they’re straightforward, and we’ve kept the legalese light to make this easy to read!
1. What’s pulse-pool All About?
Our platform lets you test your crypto trading skills in a virtual arena. Here’s how it works:
- Join a Pool: Connect your crypto wallet (like MetaMask or Trust Wallet) and pay a USDT entry fee set by the pool creator.
- Get Virtual Funds: You’ll receive $1,000,000 in virtual funds (not real money, just for fun!) to allocate among crypto assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, or others.
- Compete: At the pool’s end, we calculate your virtual profits based on real-time crypto prices. The user with the highest profits tops the leaderboard and wins the USDT prize pool!
This is a skill-based competition, not gambling—your success depends on your smart choices, not luck!
2. Who Can Play?
To join the fun, you need to:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a crypto wallet to pay USDT entry fees and receive prizes.
We don’t collect personal info like your name or ID—just your wallet address to keep things simple and private. We may ask for basic verification (like signing a message with your wallet) to ensure fair play and comply with Seychelles’ rules.
3. How Entry Fees and Prizes Work
Here’s the deal:
- Entry Fees: You pay a USDT entry fee to join a pool, set by the pool creator (e.g., 10 USDT). We might take a small service fee (say, 10%) to keep the platform running.
- Prize Pool: All entry fees (minus our fee) form the prize pool. The top-ranked user, based on virtual profits at the pool’s end, wins the entire USDT prize pool, sent directly to their wallet.
- Fair Play: We use real-time crypto price data from trusted sources (like CoinGecko) to calculate profits. Prizes are subject to our compliance checks to keep things legal.
Note: USDT transactions happen on the blockchain, so they’re secure but depend on your wallet’s safety.
4. Playing by the Rules
We want a fun and fair platform, so please:
- Don’t try to game the system (e.g., using bots or multiple accounts).
- Avoid any illegal stuff, like money laundering or fraud.
- Keep your wallet secure—we’re not responsible if it gets hacked.
If we spot suspicious activity, we may suspend your account or withhold prizes to protect everyone. Let’s keep it legit!
5. Our Content, Your Fun
All the cool stuff on pulse-pool—like our logo, design, and code—belongs to [Your Company Name]. Feel free to enjoy the platform, but don’t copy or share our content without asking us first.
6. Risks You Should Know About
We love crypto, but it’s not without risks:
- Volatility: Crypto prices can swing wildly, affecting your virtual profits. That’s part of the challenge!
- Virtual Funds: The $1,000,000 you play with is virtual and has no real-world value—you can’t cash it out.
- USDT Risks: Your entry fees and prizes are in USDT, which we store securely, but blockchain issues or wallet hacks could cause losses. We’re not liable for those.
- Platform Risks: Tech glitches or hacks could disrupt things. We work hard to prevent this, but we can’t guarantee a perfect platform.
By playing, you accept these risks. If you’re unsure, chat with a financial advisor before joining.
7. Keeping Things Legal
We’re a Seychelles-based company, so these Terms follow Seychelles law. If there’s a dispute, we’ll sort it out in Seychelles courts. We also monitor wallet transactions to comply with anti-money laundering rules, so please don’t use the platform for anything shady.
8. If Things Don’t Work Out
We hope you love pulse-pool, but we can suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms (e.g., cheating or illegal activity). If that happens, you may lose your entry fees or prizes—no refunds, sorry!
9. Changes to These Terms
We might update these Terms to keep up with laws or improve the platform. We’ll post changes here and notify you via the platform or email (if you provide one). Keep checking back!
